Purchasing Process

  1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase. Indicate size, color and quantity of your order.

  2. Click "Add to Cart"

  3. You can enter verifiable promotional codes, if any for discounts.

  4. Review your order before check out.

  5. Ensure that the both your email and mailing address is correct.

  6. Payment will be only be made via bank transfer to POSB Saving 068-64090-3​

  7. After which, please email your order number and screenshot/photo of your transaction to mosca.clothing@outlook.com.

  8. You are to make the transfer within 48 hours or the purchase will be forfeited.

(1)Price;
The prices of all products quoted on MOSCA's website are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Customers can enter verifiable promotional codes, if any, for discounts of their order. All prices quoted are exclusive of postage cost. MOSCA reserves the rights to increase or decrease the prices of their products.

(2) Payment;
Customers agree to pay the total amount shown as due on each  order within  48 hours or the order will be forfeited. All payments can only be made via bank transfer to POSB Saving 068-64090-3. MOSCA will not be liable for any mistake made during the payment process.

(3) Cancellation of Orders;
All orders cannot be canceled after payment is made.  In the instance that MOSCA is unable to fulfill the customer's order due to out of stock of their products, MOSCA reserve the rights to cancel and refund the customer's purchase. MOSCA will contact the customer affected should this occur.

(4) Delivery;
Upon successful payment, the customer's product(s) will be mailed to their address within 5 working days. MOSCA will not be liable for any losses or damages after their product is mailed to the customer via Singpost.

(5) Delay;
MOSCA will not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of the customer's products. All orders are given and accepted with the understanding that MOSCA has mailed your product(s) within the mailing duration stated. Failure to receive within the estimated delivery date shall not give cause to either resend, refund, cancellation of the order or liability on the part of MOSCA.
